Wholesale FAQs
• The difference is in the formula. Many solid lotions can feel waxy and heavy or sit on top of your skin, taking too long to absorb. Our Lotion Drops are crafted to melt evenly, glide on smoothly, and absorb without that waxy or sticky feel. The result is a finish that feels light, smooth, and comfortable.
• These are The Original Lotion Drops. We spent years refining our formula, and our customers say that experience is what sets us apart. While others have followed, our Lotion Drops stand apart in how they melt, absorb, and feel on your skin.
• Wholesale pricing is offered at a lower cost for resale and is available upon request.
• For your initial wholesale order, the minimum purchase requirement is waived, allowing you to try our products without quantity obligations.
• After the first order, the minimum purchase requirements are as follows:
• Lotion Drops are sold by the dozen (12 containers) per fragrance. A minimum of 2 dozen Lotion Drops are required per order, with options including 12 Large, 12 Small, or 6 Large + 6 Small.
• Your first order will come with a tester container of each fragrance ordered and a 4×6 frame with a graphic that demonstrates how to use a Lotion Drop. Additional testers containers can be ordered separately.
• No, white labeling is strictly prohibited. All Buttermood products must be sold in their original branded packaging. Logos, labels, and packaging may not be removed, altered, covered, or replaced.
• We take extra care to prevent melting during the summer months. We place the Lotion Drops within an insulated bubble mailer with gel ice packs.
• We avoid shipping Lotion Drops on Thursdays and Fridays as they tend to sit in hot warehouses over the weekend and melt in transit.
• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the wholesaler and vary based on order size and destination. We do not ship Lotion Drops on Thursdays, Fridays, on Holiday Weekends, or during hot weather to prevent possible melting in transit.
• Wholesale pricing is not eligible for additional promotions, discount codes, sales, or special offers, including sitewide events, unless explicitly stated as a wholesale discount.
