Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! While all our products are made with pure ingredients and are free from harsh chemicals, we have a dedicated Sensitive Skin line featuring Soap and Lotion Drops that contain no added fragrance or colorants.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Typically, it takes 1 to 3 business days to process orders. Shipping times depend on the destination and generally range from 1 to 3 business days. All orders are currently shipped through USPS. If you have any additional questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.
Do you offer wholesale opportunities for your Lotion Drops and Soap?

Are you products free from gluten and other allergens?
Our products are gluten-free, providing a safe option for individuals with gluten sensitivities or allergies. While some products may contain dairy, we do not intentionally add any nut-containing ingredients. However, we cannot guarantee that our ingredients or products haven't come into contact with other allergens. What is the lifespan of your products?
Our products are preservative-free and our soap typically maintains quality for around 2 years. While the fragrance may fade after 6-12 months, rehydrating the soap bar can sometimes rejuvenate the scent. Depending on storage conditions, Lotion Drops should last at least 6 months. To ensure this longevity, keep them in a cool place and away from sunlight. For extended freshness, consider putting a few Lotion Drops in a separate, small container and store the rest in the fridge or freezer until you're ready to use them.
What are the main ingredients you use?
We prioritize using high-quality ingredients and have a specific list of ingredients on each product page, as they vary from item to item. Our soaps commonly contain saponified oils (olive, coconut, palm, shea butter, essential oils or fragrances, kaolin clay, and natural or mica colorants). In our Lotion Drops, expect a blend of coconut oil, mango butter, hemp seed oil, beeswax, avocado oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, arrowroot powder, fragrance, vitamin E, and mica color.
Can I visit your studio in person?

Does the price under each picture reflect the cost of one item, or does it apply to the quantity shown in the picture?
The price shown is for a single item, unless specifically stated as a bundle with multiple items. By displaying multiple products in an image, it better highlights the unique and handmade differences in our product's appearance.
Is it possible to return a product?

What does "Buttermood" mean?
It's a play on words! Our products blend together different types of butters (shea butter, cocoa butter, etc.) creating Bath and Body products that brighten your spirits and put you in a “Butter (better) Mood”.

Lotion Drop Questions:
What is a Lotion Drop and how do I use it?
A Lotion Drop is essentially a solid drop of body butter that melts at body temperature. To use, massage one or more drops into your skin until absorbed, leaving your skin silky smooth.
How quickly do Lotion Drops absorb into your skin?
You'll find that a Lotion Drop needs about 3-5 minutes to be fully absorbed. Unlike regular lotion, we do not emulsify our product with water, as that would require additives and preservatives. Crafted from natural oils and butters, the product may take a few minutes to fully absorb into your skin (the powder aids in faster absorption). Because oil and water don't mix, soap and water will clean your skin, but won't be able to remove the moisturizing ingredients in our Lotion Drops from the deeper layers of your skin as quickly, leaving your skin feeling softer for a longer amount of time.
How do I store Lotion Drops to maintain their quality?
Store Lotion Drops in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Lotion Drops are formulated to melt at body temperature and can melt in temperatures above 78° F. Drops are usable even if melted together - simply use the melted drops as a body butter.
*Powder is added to prevent the drops from sticking together and to help the product absorb into your skin faster. It is normal for the drops to absorb the excess powder over time. *Patent Pending
How do you package and ship Lotion Drops to prevent melting?
We take extra care to prevent melting during the summer months. We package the Lotion Drops in a heat-sealed cellophane bag and place it within an insulated bubble mailer with disposable ice packs. The container is provided separately, along with simple instructions for pouring the drops into it at home.
Soap Questions:
What is Cold Process Soap?
Cold process soap is created by blending oils and fats with lye, initiating a chemical reaction that forms soap. This technique requires no external heat and allows the ingredients to naturally combine and solidify over several weeks. We "super fat" our soap, meaning there are residual free-floating oils in the soap after saponification. This extra oil acts as a conditioning agent, providing added moisture to leave your skin feeling softer and more nourished.
Why is cold process soap considered superior to regular soap?
Cold process soap is considered better because we stay away from preservatives, toxic ingredients, and harmful additives that cause dry, flaky, and itchy skin.
Our soap is made with extra oils in a process called “super fatting." This means the soap has extra moisturizing properties, making it gentler and more nourishing for the skin when compared to commercial soap.
What types of soaps do you offer in your product lineup?
We carry a diverse range of soaps to suit various preferences and needs. Our selection includes Everyday Use Bars, Exfoliating Salt Bars, all-natural Essential Oil Soaps, soaps for Sensitive Skin, and soaps featuring fruity, floral, and Masculine Scents. What is an Exfoliating Salt Bar?
A Salt Bar, or exfoliating soap, incorporates salt as a natural scrub to remove dead skin cells and impurities, leaving the skin refreshed. Its exfoliating properties promote improved circulation for a healthier, smoother complexion. Our Salt Bars offer gentle exfoliation and don't feel harsh on the skin. While salt bars may not create the same lather as regular soaps, they are just as effective in cleaning your skin.
