• Our products are gluten-free, providing a safe option for individuals with gluten sensitivities or allergies. We do not intentionally add any nut-containing ingredients. However, we cannot guarantee that our ingredients or products haven't come into contact with other allergens. • Our products are preservative-free and our soap typically maintains quality for around 2 years. While the fragrance may fade after 6-12 months, rehydrating the soap bar can sometimes rejuvenate the scent. Depending on storage conditions, Lotion Drops should last at least 6 months. To ensure this longevity, keep them in a cool place and away from sunlight. For extended freshness, consider putting a few Lotion Drops in a separate, small container and store the rest in the fridge or freezer until you're ready to use them.

• We choose not to use beef tallow due to several well-documented limitations. It is high in saturated fatty acids, which can be comedogenic for some skin types and contribute to clogged pores. Additionally, it has a dense, occlusive texture that may feel heavy or greasy on the skin and may not absorb as efficiently as lighter alternatives. Like other animal fats, it is susceptible to oxidation, which can result in rancidity and potential skin irritation over time. It may also retain a residual odor that requires further refinement to neutralize. Its composition can also vary depending on sourcing and processing, which may lead to inconsistencies in product performance.

• As a fun bonus, our Simply Plain Lotion Drops actually make a great paw butter for dry pet paws. After years of trusting it on our own skin, we figured it was good enough for our puppy too.🐾

• A Shower Steamer is a fizzy tablet made with natural ingredients and enhanced with essential oils, menthol, or fragrance. When placed in the shower, it dissolves and releases a burst of aroma, creating a spa-like experience without needing to fill a bath.

• To use, unwrap and break the tablet into halves (or quarters). Place desired amount near the water’s edge in the shower, out of the main stream but where it will still be hit by water.

Each quarter generally lasts between 5-12 minutes, depending on its placement on the shower floor and how close it is to the direct water stream. • Your first order will come with a tester container of each fragrance ordered and a 4×6 frame with a graphic that demonstrates how to use a Lotion Drop. Additional testers containers can be ordered separately.

• No, white labeling is strictly prohibited. All Buttermood products must be sold in their original branded packaging. Logos, labels, and packaging may not be removed, altered, covered, or replaced.
