As a company dedicated to providing you with the best products, we want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our policies and procedures.

This policy and procedures document describes the terms under which Buttermood.com (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) operates its e-commerce site, including order processing, shipping, returns, promotions (sales), and customer service. These policies apply to all purchases made via Buttermood.com and are intended to be clear, fair, and transparent for our customers.

 

1. Order Processing & Shipping

  1. Order Processing:

    • We typically process orders within 1–3 business days. 

    • Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you the tracking information so you can monitor it. 

    • Note: We avoid shipping certain temperature-sensitive products (like Lotion Drops) on Fridays to reduce risk of melting due to weekend transit. 

     

  2. Shipping Regions:

    • Currently, we ship only within the United States. 

    • Shipping is via UPS, and transit times vary (generally 1–5 business days after processing, depending on destination). 

     

  3. Expedited Shipping Exclusion:

    • Promotional Restrictions: Flash sale promotions are not valid on orders with expedited shipping.

     


 

2. Price Adjustments, Rainchecks & Promotions

 

  1. Flash Sale Promotions:

    • Flash sale items are final sale and not eligible for price adjustments or rainchecks.

    • No price match or retroactive discount will be applied to prior or future orders in relation to a flash sale.

    • These promotions cannot be redeemed for cash.

     

  2. Promotion Changes / Cancellation:

    • Buttermood.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion (including flash sales) at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

    • All promotions are subject to availability; inventory is limited.

     

  3. No Adjustment on Previous Purchases:

    • We do not offer price adjustments for orders placed before the start of a promotion. If a sale goes live, past orders are not eligible to be “credited” or re-priced.

     


 

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

 

Based on our product nature and FAQ:

  1. Final Sale / No Returns:

    • Due to the nature of our products (e.g., bath bombs, lotions), we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

    • Sale / promotional items (including flash sale items) are not eligible for returns or refunds.

     

  2. Order Issues / Customer Concerns:

    • If you receive a damaged product, or there is another issue with your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will review your case and do our best to address it. 

    • Because returns are not generally accepted, solutions may include replacement, store credit, or other remedies at our discretion (depending on the situation).

    • We accept standard online payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards).

    • Payments must be authorized by your card issuer; if authorization fails, we may not be able to process your order.

     

  2. Non-Cash Refunds / Credits:

    • Refunds (where granted) will be issued back to the original payment method or as store credit, as determined by Buttermood.com.

    • Flash sale and other promotional purchases are not redeemable for cash in lieu of return or refund, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
